csr water pump question anyone running one

just wondering if anyone is running a csr waterpump on a 440 any help would be great my question is can you still use a stock alt mount also i have seen adaptors on ebay to run big block chevy pump anyone have any input on that anyone using one ?

they sure are pretty but that's the problem nothing mounts to them. andy makes a low mount kit for the alt. i've always used the aluminum housing and an electric pump that goes where the stock pump mounts. then all the other stuff mounts easily. i used one of the less expensive ones from jegs not the moroso one.

yeah they do look so pretty just dont want to spend 400 on the pump then 150 on the alt bracket is it 550 worth of pretty

no it's not and the hoods shut most of the time anyway.
