What year wiper systems and dash wiring harness will fit a 68 cuda.

Are the the years interchangeable.

This is a very tough question with a lot of different answers depending on type of wiper motor, single, 2 or variable. (sorry that is my limit of knowledge)

67,8,9, are somewhat interchangeable in the bolt in sense. None are exactly plug and play due to the differences in wiper motors and switches.
If you have the under dash wiring harness on hand first, it will determine which wiper system is plug and play.
