curious about pictures

Not sure why some pictures can show on my cell phone, but others will show a series of numbers but will not allow me to open these.
I didn't have the issue before the system change. Not complaining about the new system, just curious.

No joke! I only work part time and this computer will just not cooperate with me. The password from this morning will not work this afternoon
my son is a technology genius and I get overwhelmed with the simple things he does
