challengergary has came up with a couple of
great bumble stripe designs for My Scamp
Just to let you know NO side lights welded closed
Which one do you like the best?

(1) stripe with Script text (like Swinger)

(2) stripe with plain block text

(3) added new one

first one , sorta. Plymouth looks good but the valiant not right. think its the crescent curve to the word. try flatting the word. Don't like the second.

If I had to pick one of the two it would be (2) stripe with plain block text
The #1 does not seem to match well together, If it was me I would put C.I there.
In my case it would be Half Dozen or Slant Six.

Solid no lettering would be my first and only choice but... the top one has the correct look for "Plymouth" which it has looked like that for years. The bottom one is not correct for "Plymouth"

I wouldn't use Valiant ... I didn't vote.

i say first one... wow looks really good. any chance that they can come up with something like that but instead of "valiant" it says "scamp" i have a 74 i wanted to put a stripe on. (i know not correct but i like the look)

I've beem trying to come up with something to replace the Valiant with and no luck.Trouble with C.I. the car will be a good looking driver with a 318 and A/C.Don't think 318 CI would have much pizzazz.

Any suggestion will be welcome

How about getting rid of the Valiant and replacing it with the Penstar logo
the car is going to be a hodgepodge of parts 72 rear bumper - 69 Valiant grill
70-72 duster hood and front bumper

contact challengergary on this site

I would say the first one, but i would eliminate the ''Valiant'' part off the bottom and go straight black.
I don't like the second one at all, it's too generic looking.

Not sure I like the italic, but if you do maybe do it this way instead of a curve to it.

I like the correct Plymouth Script in the first one.

Have you considered having Scamp with the correct font in the stripe instead of Valiant?

I think I might prefer the Plymouth to be a little larger than Valiant.
It kinda seems the other way around, but probably just the font used makes the Valiant look bigger.

Yes he trouble finding a font that came close to the Plymouth logo font

On the left is the original font, and King Richard on the right.
