CVC 4-16 torque converter

I bought a 727 and it had torque converter in it marked CVC 4-16. Im guessing it's a cvc brand torque converter but i've got no clue what the stall is. It's a non lock up with 24 spline. Anyone have and information of what stall this could be?

it Could just be the date it was serviced. i've googled it already with no answers. just wondering if anyone has any other information about it that google couldn't tell me.

CVC was just aquired by Transtar Ind.
Should be a 3 didget code stamped in pump side of convertor to I'd build basic.

LOU or L0U. it's stamped maybe 4 times
