I have had 3 20th Anniversary Mustangs, 2 were convertibles, and 1 hatchback, all were 5.0 5 speeds, had 2 83 t top cars, one hatchback and one notch back, an 81, and the 2013 GT convertible. That coyote 5.0 is a really sweet little engine, free revving and pulls hard.
My wifes grandma asked me why I didn't get a mustang when she saw I bought the dart. I told her it was because I wanted a real muscle car... lol.
I agree, the new 5.0 is a great motor. I have a couple friends with 5.0 mustangs and they are nice little cars. I'd still prefer a charger scat pack or challenge scat pack over one. Ive never been a Ford or mustang guy.
I looked at the new Mustangs in 2016 when I bought my Challenger, Mustang had some good qualities but the 392, Scat Pack Shaker won me over - 485 horse is a beast even in the heavy ass car the Challenger is.
I'm one that don't really give two shits who makes it, if I like the car that's all that matters. I've owned everything from AMC to Yamaha. I would be happy to own a Scat Pack Challenger, or SRT, but I ain't willing to drop that much $$ on any car, especially with the reliability issues FCA has.
The challenger wide body srt sure is pretty though... the charger wide body srt looks great as well, but I'm not sold on the 4 doors...
Speaking of cars, I was feeling like my brakes were a little soft yesterday, and today driving the car they definitely felt soft again. Im going to have to rebleed them to get the softness out of them.
I do not like Christmas music at all. I do like decorating though, especially when I have a friendly neighbor decorating contest going on... my neighbor isn't aware of it, but he did more decorations that I did for Halloween... he just moved in and one upped me on the decorating and that is not ok... lol. Here's our next inflatable that we are getting...
Has anyone seen this before? I'm in love with it... [FOR SALE] - New / NORS Locking Gas Cap with RARE & Cool hidden key hole cover
Well our kids are still having a really hard time, crying every day and every night. Our other dog is also depressed and not eating unless we cook him boiled chicken and rice. We found a new member to add to the family though. My aunt and uncle (whos the dentist) just got a mini Golden doodle and their breeder had another litter recently. All of the puppies were reserved but 2 days ago one of the families backed out. We will be getting a girl mini goldendoodle, it will grow to 20-30lbs which is much less than the 65lbs Winston was but looks like a spitting image of him. We adopted Winston so never had to pay the expensive breeder prices, but I'd rather pay for a pup and keep our kids and dog from being depressed for the next 6-12 months. The last picture is the dad dog which is full grown. So I'll be listing something in the fs section soon to pay for the pup. She is a little rough around the edges, has 3 kids already, blonde, nice ass and likes to complain daily... but she cooks, cleans and let's you knock boots with her 4x per year...
Cute! The loss of a pet is really hard on every member of the family, a new pup should have everyone in good spirits again.
Things will get somewhat better with the arrival of the new pup. At one time we had a chihuahua and a Lab and had to put down the chihuahua. The Lab actually would howl at night from the loss. So we went to the SPCA and found our next dog. They became the best of friends. A Vet later told us it's best to take your other dog(s) with you and let them see the deceased pet. That gives them closure.
Anyone else need their car fixed at casa de la Denney? These new jetty ball joints are way easier to do than the old mopars... but you can see Penelope giving us the stink eye because she is having to sit out in the cold with a good chance of rain right now. Thats my brother, he looks like he is from the 80s with his nasty mullet and facial hair. We are bringing the mullets back.
