Here is a phantom problem:My dash gauges on a 1971 plymouth scamp work sometimes and then sometimes they dont.All gauges test good,both motor grounds are good,clean and tight.I replaced the voltage limiter switch 0n the instrument cluster,and checked the remaining grounds on car.Could this be a broken/loose ground wire from main harness or a bad cluster?
