dash rechrome

i was just looking to get my dash plastic rechromed is there any place in canada i can get a good job done on this. thanks

I don't know but perhaps you could tell me how you got that thing off I got mine loosened up in places but I'm to the point where I gonna throw in the towel. I am to cheap to buy a maintenance manual thats my biggest problem?

well first thing i unhooked the speedo cable then i took the cig lighter out it unscrews from the back lower the steering colum very inportant then you should be able to kinda roll it a bit and unook the heater cables 2 tach wires 2 ampmeter wires 3/8 nuts and then unplug the harness it pulls straight out then theres a small 3 pin plug to un plug by the speedo that should do it mine had a bunch of pins broke off the board if you want to know how i fixed that let me know ooooooooo you should be able to un plug the wipers and headlight switch after you unplug the main harness i hope this helps if u have more questions feel free to ask
