I have a pretty good original dash speaker for my 72 Dart but the paper that covers the cone needs replaced. What can I use to replace it?
There is also a small "pin" hole in the cone. How can repair it?
The speaker works and I don't dont to go to the trouble or expense to send it out to be rebuit.

I have patched a cone with rubber cement an a coffee filter before(I am NOT a cheapskate!! Well...)

Black photographic or regular masking tape, GUILTY. I am really cheap and easy! Afterwords I have even been known to lightly paint blk.
