How long do I need to wait after painting to put labels on?

Adding a Duster label kit.

IMHO the longer the beter.

Contact the decal company and the paint supplier if you want to be safe

Depends on what type of paint, check cure time.

you want it to stop offgassing completely so bubbles don't form under the decal - my paint guy says one month.

Thanks to everyone, at least a month seems reasonable.

I did contact the paint supplier, waiting for their response

What is the temperature of where you live?

Low 90s right now.

PPG tech contacted me and suggested 60 day min and 90 days preferred after paint to apply decals.

No reason to rush it just wanted to find out.
