I'll take a stab at the FENDER TAG (trim tag is a Chivvy thing)

My old eyes are deceiving me, it is indeed a 4-speed, 5 is an automatic, I will edit my post...
Not needed here but if anyone has a tag that is hard to read, take a good photo of the backside and I can invert it for easy viewing.
Keep us posted on your resto. Looks a cool car according to the fender tag.. tmm
I think that's on the build sheet.
