Defective Work Tag

Has anyone ever saw one of these defective work tags?

I found it under the carpet taped to the floor board on the drivers side.

Was it from the factory?

I also found a piece of the vinyl top glued to the floor on both the left floor and right floor. I am thinking it was to show a sample of the factory vinyl color?

My carpet was original so I am guessing these are original from the factory?

Cool! Wonder if N/P was neutral/park?Floor shifter related maybe?

In the Mopar parts world, N/P is name plate.
At least it is now. It would make sense, I've seen new sheet metal come with out name plate mounting holes or locating holes.

They vinyl tops were sprayed with contact cement, installed & then trimmed. It is common to find trimmings from the top & headliner under the carpet.
