OMG, you mean a TV show actually destroyed a $200 piece of glass and claimed that it was a $2000 piece for dramatic effect?!? They probably spent more than that on lunch for the production crew that day.

200 would be nice but they dont even bring that.

The thing that gets me about those shows is their exaggerated claims about how tough it is to get parts. Remember the Counting Cars where they did the 68 Charger? Danny needed a bunch of parts and was crying because they weren't available anywhere. He wound up trading a Pontiac tri-power setup for a few bumpers and a box of assorted trim parts. I was literally yelling at the TV, "Go on line or call Year One or Classic."

I had 3 extra rear windows,,,when i sold off all my parts i made deals including the windows,,,seems most guys that have the early barracudas have extra windows,,but its when you need one you cant find one,,,they built 70 000 65 barracudas,, there are windows out there,,,
