Top notch customer care! Place my 1st order with them last week. Items arrived today, except they sent 1 incorrect item.
Called and the voicemail greeting says leave a message, or better yet - send an email. So I did both. I attached a pic of my invoice and the overlay that was sent.
39 minutes later, I got an aemail response from Jim apologizing for the hiccup, thanking me for the pic and said the correct overlay will be shipped out tomorrow.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
