Top notch customer care! Place my 1st order with them last week. Items arrived today, except they sent 1 incorrect item.
Called and the voicemail greeting says leave a message, or better yet - send an email. So I did both. I attached a pic of my invoice and the overlay that was sent.
39 minutes later, I got an aemail response from Jim apologizing for the hiccup, thanking me for the pic and said the correct overlay will be shipped out tomorrow.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
 
They are great suppliers. I was looking for some gaskets to seal trim pieces to the body. Jim said he didn't have what I wanted, but he sent me some different types of material that he thought might work, and said to just use a hole punch and/or scissors to make the seals. Did not charge me for the material or shipping.
 
Very typical experience with Jim and Loretta. They run a top-notch company. I've spent quite a few $$'s with them and highly recommend DMT!!

Just curious, was it a dash overlay?
I ordered one from them back in July, I didn't open the box until December and they sent the wrong one.
I haven't said anything because I've waited so long to open the box.
 
Agreed. I've had great experiences with DMT. And the true test of a company's customer service is how they respond when things go wrong.
 
Jim is an engineer, so he is very detail oriented. I asked about something in their booth at The Mopar Nationals last summer and their customer service was just as good in person as it is online. He started DMT after experiencing poor quality and pitiful customer service while purchasing parts for his 71 Challenger. He has felt that pain and has a good memory!
