If urs didn`t have them, some one forgot them , or took them out. Mine had them , all worn out and smashed from the factory. And , they are cushions , not spacers.

between the seat frames and the floor, slid over the bolts. A guy can use donut upper front shock bushings instead.

FWIW, Koller Dodge Resto book refers to them as "Seat Spacers". "Installs between the seat rails and floor".
I took those old cracked plastic spacers off mine and replaced them with nylon spacers from Sears Hardware.

My grandmother was short, no way the passenger seat ones would have been taken out, if anything they would have doubled them up.

When I purchased my Dart, I noticed the seats seemed a little high. I found 3/4" pieces of wood between the floor and the seat bottoms. I think the guy that owned my car before me was probably short or ???? (he passed away, never met him)

Sometimes they put them under the front bolts only for tall people, reclines the seat a little.
