Probably the 4.5. The 5.5 is a more rare option. I don't remember what package it took to get it.

My 67 Dart 270 came with the 4.5 wide, 68 GTS had 5.5 wide.

My 67 Barracuda Fastback came with 5.5 originally. Standard 273 2-bbl automatic.

The 67 2-bbl 273 automatic fastback is probably the most common combination is all 67-69 Barracudas.

That being said the answer is probably not that simple.
The standard tire was 6.95x14 BSW
There was a 6.95x14 WSW option and a D70x14 (redlines) option

My car was coded for the 6.95x14 WSW and the 5.5 wheel is on the broadcast sheet.
yet the 67 convertible that I have, original /6 automatic is coded for the same 6.95x14 WSW tires but is believed to originally have 4.5 wheels.

I'd bet the D70 redlines had the 5.5

Because you have a 67 you can get an IBM card from Stellantis historical.

The build sheet has wheels listed but not the IBM card. 11B = 14x5.5

Also, HD Suspension was standard with Formula S and Trailer-towing package.

My dad special ordered my (his) dart with 215 tires.

6.95 x 14 BSW. It came with 14x5.5 J wheels.

I have physically confirmed that the 14x4.5 J wheels will fit on front KH disk.

So I don't know if the rim width can be deduced from tire size, or the options
