You need to keep looking. 340 gasket sets are out there. Did you try Rockauto for your application?

Order the Edelbrock 340 (large port for small blocks) flat intake manifold gaskets.

Here is what 318 (small port) intake manifold gaskets look like on 360 stock heads.

318 intake gaskets too small for the 340/360 heads.

The Edelbrock 7276 works for the 340, shows you can use these large port gaskets on the 318s too.

Ebay

(Although we use the smaller Felpro gaskets for the 318s.)

If your exhaust manifolds are showing machined flat, then you can run them without exhaust manifold gaskets.

Intake and exhaust gasket openings are smaller on a 318. Depending on the kit, there may not be a 4bbl carb gasket in the 318 set. A 360 gasket set would be closer, except for the one oil pan seal. There again, they make both 2bbl and 4bbl versions. Some kits have both.

The Felpro 1213 is just the intake gaskets.
The Felpro 260-1121 is the full set that includes the correct 340 intake gaskets.
