Disassembling Glove box door on 74 duster?

Ok, Kind of an odd question. I am cleaning and painting as much as I can on my 74 Duster. I have the glove box door off, but can't seem to take the locking mechanism out. I took the screws out from the backside, but can figure out how it all comes apart.

Any guidance would be appreciated..
