disc brake swap to 66 dart -- prop valve question

for those running the later 73-6 disc brake set up, how did you mount the disc brake prop valve? does the orientation of it matter?

No. As long as the rear brakes are on the correct circuit, you can mount it sideways under the M/C or down on the frame.
