Disc Brakes for 68 Dodge Dart

Just found a 74-75 AMC Hornet 4 door car at the local bone yard. It has the full complete disc brake assembly, I can get them for around $60. Will this work on my 68 Dart?

Well darn.. Just have to keep looking I guess. For some reason I thought I had read or heard someone say that the AMC's may work. That's why I wanted to know before I jumped on it.

You may have read where the grease caps off them will work with the small bolt pattern Kelsey Hayes brakes.
