Does anyone have a suggestion for a rear disc brake setup? I saw something on Summit, but I was wondering if yall had better suggestions.

Thanks FABO

Just FYI, A few members have went to the trouble/expense for rear discs then found their wheels would no longer fit. Good luck with yours.

94 and up to around 2000 or so Grand Cherokee rear discs will fit the earlier 8.25s if you enlarge the center hole on the caliper adapter/dust shield to fit the earlier 8.25. There are several threads on upgrading to discs. I have a 73 or 74 A Body 8.25 that I will be doing this conversion eventually.

I agree, Cherokee discs are a decent cheap way to go. Getting the e-brake to work is another story though.

Here's what I'm using for my 8-1/4
All OEM design for a Grand Cherokee. 11" Solid rotors. Brand new the kit is around $475-$500

Die grinder just about 1/16" Only pain was the e brakes, had to make a new intermediate cable, no biggie I have a wire rope swedge from the farm.
