Should be able to pick one up at most any auto parts store. It is a Dorman part(the little parts on the "Help" cards) I believe. I get mine at Autozone, Advance or Oreily. Dennis

The distributor drive pinion is very widely available. Standard Ignition #DG-11, NAPA Echlin #DG-404, Chrysler #2084 653, Dorman, HELP, Balkamp, etc. Installation is not quite as obvious as it might seem; see here. Might be a good opportunity to do the HEI upgrade .

Dan is the Slant god. Some ask $$ on ebay ($20+) like they are rare. I got a few at rockauto or Autozone for ~$4 on my last order. For fun reading, see a long post on slantsix.org arguing whether there were ever 2 holes in the gear (or supposed to be), based on a poor image in a sales brochure or such. Dan's link above shows some strange screw-ups.
