You will need pretty much everything. You will need the engine, a 46RE transmission, engine wiring harness and computer from a Durango the same year that had a 5.9 (plus the SKIM module and ignition key if it has SKIM) You will also need alot of other small parts people don't think about like a shift cable, belts and hoses, a/c lines, exhaust, etc. Unless you are really attached to this Durango for some reason, cheaper to sell yours and buy one with a 5.9, they are easy to find. I did a 4.7 to 5.9 swap in my 2002 Ram pickup about a year ago--it is possible, but you really need a complete donor vehicle that has the parts you need.

I don't know what the emission laws are in Nevada that you might run into some trouble there. You need to check that out before you get started looks like it'd be cheaper just to get another vehicle.
