Does a 76 Dodge Dart have the same rear bumper has a 75 Dart?

I have a lead on a rear bumper that was removed from a 76 dodge dart and my dart is a 75, Is it the same bumper?

Yes, 1975 & 1976 Dart Sports both have the shock absorber bumper brackets. 1974 should also interchange but the "bumper guards", or whatever they are called, were "fatter" in '74. (As long as it's not a Swinger.)

'74-6 Dart Sport and '74-6 Plymouth Duster rear bumpers interchange. After Apr 1, 1976 the guard was a bit different, but, it will still work on those year bumpers. Swingers, Scamps, and 4dr's use a completely different bumper.
