doors interchangeable?

Are 1970 duster doors able to be installed on a 1975 dart sport as direct replacements without customizing?

Yes, but you'll lose your side-impact guard beams (first year for those was '73).

Also the door panels are different, you'll have to use the 70-72 panels

The glass, regulator, and most of the hardware are different too so you'll have to remember that on future repairs. If you've ever changed a '70-2 door glass you'll stay with the '73-6 doors. :banghead:

You can do it. I put 72 Demon doors on my 75 Duster. You will also need to change out the upper window channel and wetherstriping or there will be a big gap around the window.

Are they a direct replacement, use same door panels, etc... not a chance.

I was actually intrested in 70 doors. At least thinking about it now that I have some feedback to think about.

It's not hard to do at all. They will bolt right on to your 75 door hinges. So will the window track and weather striping.
