17 inches is right on the money. That .528 pulls a lot of vacuum.

It idles at 550 if I want. I set the idle at 800 and it has enough vacuum for power brakes. It's the perfect cam for a sleeper.

I'm planning on doing a 318 with the 528 Mopar cam. I heard it works best at 4* advance..any other suggestions or people using this cam?

What gears are you running?

yes 2-4* should be good if you have 3.91-4.10 gears.

if you have less gear, you'll want 6*+ advance imo
