how to do you get it off with out wrecking it? the trim looks pretty good, might want to put a vinyl roof back on or at the very least give it to someone in need of it....
 
a bottle opener works best start at the end and very carfully put the bottle opener under the trim and very lightly kift up after that just run the bottle opener along the trim and it should com off like butter
 
it must be a bottle opener to not a can opner like the ones used to open a beer bottle
