Well its cold here in Canada. But what the ------ I plan to fire up the 74 roadrunner. And do some driveway burn outs LOL The nabourssss love the show.Does anyone do thisssss :toothy10:Or am I the only nut here.

:-D Its not you are a nut, its just most wifes would have a fit if their hubby or son did it.

It would look pretty cool if done right, you know, just one straight pair of dark lines the length of the driveway. Sure the neighbors would be thrill.

i did a little one in the garage this winter to get it out of my system. see the little patch of rubber just in front of the tire. WINTER SUCKS

I did that once when I was about 17...maybe 18 yrs. old. I did a smokey burn-out right out of my driveway and out into the street for about 40'. When my Father got home from work and saw that he was P-I-S-S-E-D! :violent1:

Hmm, I thought those Talon/Eclipse/Lasers were either front or all wheel drive... how are you spinning the rears?!?

LOL I was waiting for someone to catch that. I bought the car for cheap, very cheap. I thought i was "stealing" the car, until i rounded my first corner and let the boost build. The rear came around so fast and hard, I could almost read my own rear license plate.:burnout: (It IS a GSX, which means turbo All-Wheel-Drive.)

The previous owner had it towed, with a boom truck instead of a roll-back, leaving the rear wheels on the ground and trashing the center differential. The result, though not completely fatal to the car, is a rear wheel drive GSX, the fronts don't pull at all.

The cost of the tranny repair is around $1500-$2000 depending on who it goes to. So I use it to play around the neighborhood until I feel like spending the money I need for the Dart on the tranny for the Eclipse.

I smoke out the garage occasionally on my harley. When I open the doors it looks like Willie Nelson coming out of the barn in Dukes of Hazzard lol. And my neighbors really loved the occasional burnout from the uncapped racecar ,not.
