Dual pickup electronic distributor

I just dug one out of my stash.
I didn't know they had such a thing.
Its a Mopar distributor

THey are only a few degree apart, So I am not sure how that would help.

As I remember someone looked into this and there are rotor phasing problems. Bear in mind these were designed to work with electronic spark control

If it doesn't have a mechanical advance, I wouldn't use it.

Factory installed in my 88 Ram D350 360 4 bbl..It has both Vac and mechanical advance.
Yes you can run single pickup.I did when mine failed.

You can have another one because I took it off my 77 400 lean burn Cordoba to go with conventional distributor.
