If you are this unsure of what to do about your brakes I suggest either doing a lot of reading first or getting a professional to look at them.

You only have one life, and brakes can be tricky to get right.

If it's still pulling no matter how much you adjust the brakes you may want to check or change the strut rod bushings. If they're worn you'll get massive pulls one way or the other while braking.
