Duster rear 1/4 window seal

Not the big rubber one that goes around the outside, I probably messed up by taking my 1/4's apart and the plastic seal at the front edge of the glass disintegrated. I've not seen this part listed for sale anywhere. Anyone screwed up like this and found a work around?

curious about that myself. mine are all old and cracked and id like to replace if possible...awaiting any input from those in the know.
