WOW. Multiple issues!!

Start by reading the MAD article which gives a pretty good overview of the main power distribution

Catalog

Do you have a FACTORY service manual? If not go to MyMopar and download one free. Some of them over there........including the 73.........came from efforts of the guys here

MyMopar - Mopar Forums & Information - MyMopar Tools/Reference

service manuals:

MyMopar - Mopar Forums & Information - Service Manuals

Also from that site grab the AFTERMARKET wiring diagrams, CAVEAT: These are somewhat simplified from factory, but are easier to follow. They do NOT always show all connectors and options

DIMMING LIGHTS:

Several possible causes, from a lower power alternator that is "sagging" at idle, to bad connections and grounds

DASH DIMMER: Dirty or damaged, it's a simple rheostat on the light switch. Sometimes you can clean them simply by vigourously rotating the knob many times, sometimes it must come out to be cleaned, and otherwise replace it

Frankly you car might be a candidate for rewire

AC on to start may be previous owners anti-theft set-up ?? GOOD wiring diagrams, test light, volt-ohm meter, and time are your best friends for other problems.

AC on to start may be previous owners anti-theft set-up

That might be if AC has been gutted. As we discussed last week or so, disabling the start wire is a "no starter" LOL for anti theft. Most thieves likely know how to jumper a starter, and if they show up to tow it, that's a non issue

If the front park lamps dont work at all, they may have lost their ground connection. Look for black wires attached with sheet metal screws out at the radiator/core support.
