End of an era. Local strip club closing

Imagine the ghost stories from those new affordable homes! Man, Id never want to leave! "You know these houses were built on an old strip club".....Of course, that's why I bought it!

Been in business 42 years. Opened in 1976. Back in the day(pre-wife) I spent many a night and lots of dollar bills in that place.
In typical Boulder fashion they are tearing it dow to build affordable housing and an art space.

Evidently some prick from California didn't like what I said about how much they've ruined Colorado.
 
That’s a real bummer, Boulder used to be such a fun town back in the day....... I know I killed a few zillion brain cells in the Bus Stop, and Buckingham Park, and Nederland, and Ward.......
