Man!!!! I've always wanted a house near a stream...the sound of the babbling brook always seemed so pleasant to me.
 
Yeah waterfront property is a plus but that first step in the morning is a *****. LOL

Take out both ends of the house and you have the nicest covered bridge in the country :)
 
I wonder if they've started placing the axles further apart when dealing with loads of that magnitude. That's some mighty fine engineering. ;-)
 
You know, I see two really interesting things here:
1. If you build a deck right where that ledger is on the house, you can fish right off your own back deck. Cool!
2. The electric meter reader better have sharp eyes 'cause he's not getting close to that meter.
