I was wondering what horsepower I would have now with the changes I made. This was what I had before.
340 bored .030, balanced assembly, KB pistons running 10.0
Stock heads with 3 angle valve job, 202 in 160 ex
Holley Strip Domminator with 750 DP
GK cam 243@50 507 lift
TTI headers
4 speed with 4.10 gears
The Dart weighed 3400 with me in it and turned a 12.76 @ 108.43
Now this is the changes i did.
Edelbrock Heads now running 10.2
Mopar 508 cam (the GK cam wiped a lobe after 7000 miles)
Proform main body on the carb.
You can feel the difference. Just wondered what everyone thinks the horsepower and ET would be.

what was done to the heads??..porting,bowl work,port match???
what was the cam degreed in at??

Heads out of the box. Cam at 106.

id say around 425 hp.....if the heads were ported,id say 450

I'll go out on a limb and say what you feel is more torque where you need it. The old calculator says about 395hp at the crank. Id think probably around the 400 torque depending on the heads and the tune-up The better heads, smaller feeling solid cam, and higher static all work in your favor to push the torque up and not hurt horsepower. So I'd be on the same lines as Mike. Maybe 410hp but closer to 440 pound feet of torque, and the curve will be much flatter and start at a lower rpm. Race it. See what it does.
