exhaust fumes

1965 Barracuda / 318 dual exhaust
There are lots of fumes when driving with windows open. My exhaust tips exit between the fender and the fender skirt.
Should I move them aft a little more?

yes. Maybe move them to exit in front of the rear tires. so the exhaust is coming out after the interior windows.

At a min. As states above. If not to the bumper. Recheck the full system for leaks.

Make absolute certain the rear "trunk" is SEALED. And, that there are no holes in the rear area floor.

You have them up front by the fender???

they exit just in front of the REAR bumper.

Ok under the rear quarter panel. It sounds to me like they need to go out the back, under the bumper.

But, as Del said make sure all of your seals are good etc. Fumes can be sucked up and in around the trunk, through any open areas in and around the rear quarters or under the trunk area.
