Exhaust Manifold Gaskets "HELP PLEASE"

I want to put the stock manifolds back on to break in new cam and not mess up the ceramic coating on the new headers. I had the Fel-pro gasket set with the manifold gaskets in it. I feel like a dumb *** but here is my question. Why do I have so many gaskets. Attached picture. Am I soupose to doubble the gaskets metal to metal and paper to paper or what. Pleas help Thanks.

take your pick, one or the other.

Gaskets are for headers,...Stock Chrysler manifolds do not require gaskets,...slap em on and save your gaskets for the header install.

the 3 piece are for 273/318 and the 1 piece are for 340 360...

The 1 piece has smog ports. None of these gaskets can be used with headers as the two center ex ports are isolated on header applications
