F body rear end fit a duster?

Yeah but it's a little wide. You have to spread the springs apart a little. The correct way would be to relocate the perches.
 
F body also has the wrong style perch plates, (iso style) pick yourself up a new set from mancini ect.... and weld them on to A body specs. F body rear is just about the same as a 67-70 B body which will put your wheels out a little further but thats not necessarily a bad thing just remember that when you want big wheels/tires.
 
Yep, I had one installed in my car when I bought it. Trying to sell it off now, lol. They swapped the whole rear suspension, which doesn't exactly fit because it's the wrong shock style (bayonet end on the axle side that was binding bad on hard bumps), but that way they didn't have to change perches since they kept the iso boxes. They did it the wrong way by just spreading the spring aparts and bolting it all in, but the rear end fits dimensionally pretty well.
