The amount of space in both front and behind my radiator is really small. Currently we just have the stock fan on the motor. However, has anybody come across good option for electric fans that are less than 2.5inchs? What setups have you done?

Thanks!

I may not be the best help at this, but look at my Dusters Perma Cool electric fan. It is about 4 inchs thick, but offsett in it's placement to clear the water pump pulley.
Also attached relay mounting spot. (Half done)

I put an electric pusher fan in front of the radiator;.

I wired it to a thermal sensor, on at 185, off at 170.

8)I know you asked about electrics, but there are other options. Flexalite makes a multi-bladed fan that requires a spacer. They make the spacers in various heights. The fan blades lose pitch as the fan speed increases. The Performance Auto Warehouse catalog gives instructions to calculate the spacer you'll need for your application. Cheaper than electrics.

The mopar viscous fan works well. Are you using a shroud??? That makes a world of difference.
