[WANTED] Fan Shroud

Does anybody have a shroud or know of any company that makes a replacement fan shroud for my 71 Swinger with slant 6 and A/C. Mine broke when I was doing a heater core swap.

where do they put the part numbers on the shroud at so I can get the number off of my shroud. it is still mounted to the radiator in the car.
