Fan switch

How the heck do I get to it in my Duster. I also have dealer added A/C.

Do I go from under the dash? Need a 3 speed switch. Fan stopped working.

I believe, if its anything similar to 2`nd gen cuda some of that stuff is acessed easier through glove box. removed8)
