Oh, just saw the latest pics.
May be too late.
Read on anyway.

It has rubber mat?
You scored.
You do not want carpet.
Here’s what I’ve done on several cars.
I’ve gone to junkyards to get that rubber mat since they don’t reproduce rubber mat for MOPARS.
Even if the rubber mat has tears in it this will work since you can reinforce tape the back of the mat as you do it.
Take the mat out very carefully. It probably is aged.
Hose it off if you need to and store it gently.
Go to Home Depot.
In the sealant section get the polyurethane black roofing sealant in the caulking tube.
I think it is in a yellow and black tube.
When you get ready put the mat back in the car.
Squirt the sealant in the floor and put some paint thinner (mineral sprits) in with it so you can roll it over the mat with a coarse textured surface roller.
There is one that has looping on it. I use that one.
It is just a coating, not real thick.
You will have a nice black new polyurethane mat.

I also use that sealant for gluing the windshield gaskets back in.
They never leak or need to come out again.
But your car doesn’t look like you will be pulling the windshield.
If you do, use the old gasket to save money.
Stretch it between two poles with a come a long so it doesn’t shrink up while you have the glass out.

Oh, and it looks like that car has the rear crash bumper that sticks out.
Can't tell.
I did a 74 Dart Sport.
I took the body filler out, cut the shock absorber mounts open.
Removed the spring "guts" from them and shoved the bumper closer to the body.
I got a good deal on a 74 rechromed one on ebay back then.
If I had to do it over again, I'd get an earlier bumper and have it rechromed and mount that some way. (I may do it yet.)
Those crash bumpers are biger and uglier.

I know,I was going to do that that exact way but with the earlier rear bumper,Trying to figure out if it is cheaper to get a new 1970 bumper or a used one and get it rechromed

Today i made good progress i made the right and left door panel for the cuda and put one on and it looks great. On the duster i stripped all of the interior and i hope to get the headliner out and dash apart this week I will post pics tomorrow or tonight.

:scratch:pics I also found a build sheet but its a number 2 I haven't taken the mat out yet could the first one be under there?
