I told my wife I wanted a total day alone in the garage with no kids. Got told I was bad dad.... Thought this was fathers day?

Only thing on my Father's Day wish list is to have a full day of pure, unadulterated alone time.

Won't happen but I can dream.

My dad also died when I was a youngster, so fathers day never really had much meaning until I grew up and had a family of my own. I really miss the days when my kids would come home from school with a homemade card and a necktie cut out of construction paper. Now I just wish for my 18 year old son to quit smoking cigarretes and other substances, and straighten his life around. Teenagers...... :banghead:
