Federal Pump

Recently my NAPA reman federal pump started leaking from the reservoir seal but only when it runs. When I take the cap off it has pressure built up. Before I replace the pump I want to try a new cap, its stamped vented but I can't see a vent on it.

Can you buy these caps anywhere? Or clean the vent?

Cleaned and re-tested with no go, Dick at Firm Feel mentioned trying a 1/16" hole above the rubber if I still have issues. Wish I could find one Laysons doesn't even list them anymore.
