Fender Hardware (Bolts and Uclips)

I've just had a good look through my hardware for my fenders and they are not in good shape at all. In fact I have no Uclips are they were all pretty crappy.

I don't need factory correct as my car isn't a factory restore. Does anyone know the sizes of the bolts and Uclips? Are they 5/16" bolts?

I saw the kits on ebay for $50 but I feel thats a bit steep for bolts and uclips.

Yes they are 5/16 X 1" long w/washer, any good parts store should have them. Nothing special about the U nuts either.
