Hey Guys,
Looking for some insight. I have a '67 2 door hardtop Dart. My fenders are pretty rotted. My local pick and pull yard has some super clean fenders on a '74. Would these fenders fit my car?

No

I was told they have the same overall shape but 73+ Fenders have Different Headlight buckets.

Nope.

67 to 68, then 69, then 70 to 72 and then 73 to 76 is the fender breakup. There's some other subtle differences as well besides the headlights. Market lights stuff like that.

Yea they'll bolt right up. Along with the ridged hood, beaked grill and massive bumper!! :D

Check by fitting your 67 headlight bucket trim on the 74 fender, if the headlight is in the same position it might work. I had some NOS 67 dart fenders that actually used the 73-76 dart skin. If you swap the headlight bucket area (a lot of welds) you'll make it work definately. The bonus of the later fender is a slightly bigger wheel opening than the 67 fender so more tire clearance at the front of the wheel opening.

The fender is pretty much the same shape, and will bolt on. The marker light is different obviously as '67's don't have any, as is the headlight bucket. Your grill mounting hardware, tabs etc have to be swapped over and properly located. The recess for the bumper might be slightly different, but it shouldn't be a deal breaker and if you swap both fenders won't be different side to side. It can and has been done. There is some work to do to make the grill and trim fit, it's not a straight bolt on, but it's doable. Even swapping the headlight buckets isn't hard, they're just spot welds.
