Fender Tag decode help, anyone???

H=5, Heater front w/defroster
M=3, Back-up lights
P=1, Mirror, outside left, manual
Q-R= no code = std engine
T=8, Battery 48 amp
0504= Scheduled assembly date May 4, 1964
3237= Shipping Order
V= Valiant line
4= ?
9= ?
P= Premium interior, bucket seats
5= vinyl seats
B= Blue interior
C= roof color, light blue
C= body color, light blue
D= upper door frame, medium blue
Produced at the Hamtramck plant.
VIN# starting with 184 = 225 s/6. Production 2013 units
VIN# starting with V84 = 273x2 bbl. Production 20530 units.

Hope this gives you an idea. Hopefully someone else can helpo you with the rest. I'm usually into decoding 1965 cars!
