fenderwell headers for a 65 barracuda

Where are you? Which engine? Which heads? Why would trans/bell housing make a difference on fenderwell headers?

360ci J heads, I was looking at the hooker headers, instructions stated they would only work with a 904.
 
Fenderwell headers go nowhere near the tranny,wether it be 904 or 727,4 speed.I have Hedman Huslers,part#75110-66
 
Thanks for your help, I assume they no longer make hedman headers such as yours?
