Sorry for your friends loss. A friend just went through the same thing. 80 mph winds will make a fire storm spread quickly. This fire was started by some old guy putting fireplace ashes outside days earlier. Lots of houses were burned along with cars, etc. My friend was able to save his house and shop thankfully along with some really nice nice cars. In this pic the sea container on the left had a river of molten aluminum coming out of it.
